  • You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when making purchases or accessing the Services.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access, login credentials, or download links.

You agree not to share purchased materials or access credentials with unauthorized individuals.

3. Digital Products, Delivery & Access

Knowboot provides digital products and online educational resources.

After successful payment:

  • Products are delivered through download links, email delivery, or secure account access.

  • Delivery typically occurs immediately after payment confirmation.

  • If the product email is not received, users should check their Spam, Promotions, or Junk folders.

If delivery fails or a link expires, users may contact support@knowboothq.com for assistance.

Knowboot may provide updates, additional learning materials, or bonus resources at its discretion.

Access to webinars, community groups, or additional materials may be subject to scheduling, availability, or fair-use limits.

4. Digital Access & Delivery Evidence

Because Knowboot products are digital goods, delivery is considered complete once access to the product has been provided.

By purchasing a Knowboot product, you acknowledge that:

  • Access to the digital content constitutes full delivery of the purchased product.

  • A product is considered delivered once download access, account access, or email delivery has been provided.

  • Delivery is considered valid even if the user does not open or download the files.

Knowboot may maintain records to verify delivery and access, including:

  • Transaction confirmation logs

  • Email delivery records

  • IP address logs

  • Account login activity

  • Download or access timestamps

These records may be used as evidence during payment disputes, fraud investigations, or chargeback proceedings with financial institutions or payment processors.

5. License & Acceptable Use

Upon purchase, Knowboot grants users a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased materials for individual educational purposes only.

Users may not:

  • Resell Knowboot products

  • Share or distribute purchased materials

  • Upload materials to public platforms or file-sharing websites

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Knowboot content

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or bypass platform protections

Violation of these rules may result in termination of access and potential legal action.

6. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

All prices are displayed at checkout.

By making a purchase, you agree that:

  • Payment must be completed in full before access is granted.

  • The payment method used is authorized by the cardholder.

  • Any taxes, currency conversion fees, or bank charges are your responsibility.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers, and Knowboot does not store full credit card details.

7. Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Because Knowboot products are digital downloads or instant-access content, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access has been delivered.

Refunds may be considered only in limited cases such as:

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Technical issues preventing product access

  • Situations required by applicable consumer protection laws

Refund requests must be submitted to support@knowboothq.com.

8. No Refund After Content Access

Once a user has accessed, downloaded, or opened Knowboot materials, the product is considered consumed.

Therefore:

  • Refunds will not be issued after digital materials have been accessed or downloaded.

  • Refunds will not be granted due to change of mind, personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction after accessing the content.

This policy exists because digital products cannot be returned once delivered.

Nothing in this section overrides mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in certain jurisdictions.

9. Chargebacks, Fraud & Payment Disputes

Knowboot maintains a strict policy against fraudulent chargebacks and payment abuse.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that the transaction was authorized by you or the authorized payment holder.

If you experience a billing issue, you agree to contact support first before initiating a dispute with your bank.
